Yes, all our scooters are backed by a 12-month limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and electronics against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period for unused scooters in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Are the scooters water-resistant?
Our scooters carry an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against light splashes and dust. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy rain or through deep puddles.
