At Solar Scooters, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance ride. If your scooter isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Scooter

  Ensure the scooter is clean, deactivated, and securely packed in its original factory packaging with all chargers, tools, and manuals included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
